3. Meeting Link Creation and Integration
HelloMeet allows users to create and share personalized meeting links that can be shared on websites and social media. Meetings scheduled through HelloMeet are automatically logged on the user’s Google Calendar. If integrated with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho, meetings will also be logged in these platforms.
Users can generate meeting links for Google Meet, Zoom, in-person meetings, or phone calls, offering flexibility in how meetings are conducted.
4. Notifications and Reminders
HelloMeet provides meeting reminders via SMS, WhatsApp, and email to ensure participants are notified and prepared for scheduled meetings.
5. Fees and Payments
Certain features of the Service may require payment. All fees are disclosed before purchase and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property related to HelloMeet are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct.
